EesyParcelTrack provides parcel tracking assistance across multiple Indian courier companies. Our service collects your tracking details and personal information to facilitate follow-up by our executive team.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting tracking requests. Submitting false or misleading information may result in suspension of service access.

4. Data Collection & Use

We collect personal information including your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address solely for tracking assistance. This data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

EesyParcelTrack is a tracking assistance service. We are not a courier company and are not liable for lost, damaged, delayed or missing parcels. Our liability is limited to providing best-effort tracking support.

6. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, text, graphics and code is the property of EesyParcelTrack and protected by Indian intellectual property laws.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
