Summary: We collect only the information needed to help you track your parcel. We never sell your data. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@eesyparceltrack.com.
When you submit a tracking request, we collect: your full name, phone number, email address, delivery address, parcel name, courier company name, and tracking number. We also collect technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security purposes.
Your data is used exclusively to: (1) process your tracking request, (2) enable our executive team to contact you with status updates, (3) resolve parcel mismatches or delivery issues, and (4) improve our service quality.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share minimal data with the relevant courier company to verify your shipment. We may disclose data if required by law or a valid court order.
Tracking request data is retained for 90 days and then automatically purged. You may request early deletion by emailing privacy@eesyparceltrack.com. We respond within 30 business days.
All data is stored on encrypted servers hosted in India. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Access is restricted to authorized EesyParcelTrack employees only.
We use minimal cookies for session management and basic analytics. No advertising cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
